We go through the documents before anyone loses time. We bring the lawyers together, or find them. And we see the matter through to the notary — in person.
We find plots that already hold a licence and bring in the developer. Then we stay with it: with investors and architects directly, without a detour through third parties.
We have found schools for the children, interpreted at appointments, arranged boats and shared our network. We are reachable every day of the year. And if it comes to it, one of us takes the mother-in-law out.
Where we work
One of us lives here. In these lanes, word gets round about what is coming free long before it appears anywhere.
There is a house here that is not on the market and will not end up there. Ask about it and you will see it.
Ten years spent living there. Villas above the harbour — and the knowledge of which position is worth what.
One of us grew up here. The family house still stands.

Patric specialises in off-market listings — properties that never reach a portal and whose owners you have to know in order to reach them at all. His network extends well beyond the island.
He also advises established companies as an external consultant. What crosses his desk there often decides which opportunity lands with us first.
